Helsinki Mills Gluten Free Organic Oatmeal 400g

banana, without skin

honey

Baking powder

seasalt
Blueberry, bilberry
Instructions
Measure the ingredients into the blender bowl and blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender.
Grease a baking dish or an oven-safe cup (about 2.5 dl in volume) and pour the batter into the dish or oven-safe mug. Gently press the blueberries into the batter.
Bake in a 175°C (350°F) oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy warm.
Tips
Instead of blueberries, you can also use grated carrots, jam, or chocolate chips, which should be mixed into the batter before pouring it into the dish.
For a larger group, you can increase the quantities and make a bigger bake in an oven dish lined with parchment paper. It's also great for brunch.
