Myllärin Baking grade Wheat flour 2 kg
1 tbsp
Baking powder
Instructions
Measure dark chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar into a metal bowl. Melt them together over a water bath.
Mix in the eggs one at a time.
Mix wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together. Add to the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined round pie dish. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. The cake should remain soft. Allow to cool before serving.
