200 g Butter lactose-free
200 g Chocolate, plain, dark chocolate
200 g powdered sugar
4 Egg, whole, with shell
½ tbsp seasalt
1 tbsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Measure dark chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar into a metal bowl. Melt them together over a water bath.

  2. Mix in the eggs one at a time.

  3. Mix wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together. Add to the batter.

  4. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined round pie dish. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. The cake should remain soft. Allow to cool before serving.
